Professional Conduct
- Treat all customers respectfully
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Follow instructions provided by customers and support staff
- Protect the reputation of BoostBase at all times
- Never use offensive language or behave aggressively

Availability & Responsiveness
- Monitor platform notifications regularly
- Respond to support inquiries promptly
- Inform support before any extended absence (5+ days)
- Respond to customer messages within a reasonable timeframe

Accepting Orders
- Carefully review all order details before accepting
- Verify you have the required experience
- Ensure you can complete within the specified timeframe
- Never accept orders you cannot properly complete

Order Start Requirements
- Standard Orders: start as soon as possible, preferably within 30 minutes
- Express Orders: must be started immediately
- If customer is unavailable, inform Support

Customer Communication
- Use clear English whenever possible
- Never share personal information or contact details
- Follow the "Last Message Rule" — never ignore customer messages
- Never discuss commissions or internal company information

Account Share Services
- VPN usage is mandatory unless otherwise specified
- Customer credentials must remain confidential
- Login information must never be stored, shared, or reused
- Protecting customer accounts is your highest responsibility

Customer Privacy
- Never share customer information or screenshots externally
- Never reveal customer identities
- Any privacy violation may result in immediate account termination

In-Game Conduct
- Never mention BoostBase, boosting, or real-money transactions in-game
- Never contact the customer's friends, guild members, or teammates
- Protecting customer privacy is mandatory

Account Protection
- Never delete items, destroy inventory, or spend currency without permission
- Never modify builds, settings, or configurations without approval
- All settings must be restored to original state upon completion

Order Evidence
- Capture screenshots when necessary
- Provide completion evidence for every order
- Failure to provide adequate proof may delay or prevent payment

Prohibited Activities
- Fraud, false reporting, or fake completion evidence
- Cheats, bots, scripts, exploits, or unauthorized software
- Selling orders to third parties or outsourcing work
- Taking customers off-platform or offering direct deals

Violations & Consequences
- Level 1: Warning, Performance review
- Level 2: Payment hold, Order restrictions, Reduced priority
- Level 3: Temporary suspension, Loss of earnings
- Level 4: Permanent account termination
