By registering as a PRO, accessing the PRO Platform, or accepting any Order through BoostBase.gg, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service for PROs ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register as a PRO or use the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
"PRO"
An independent service provider registered on BoostBase.gg who accepts and completes Orders for Customers through the Platform.
"Customer"
Any individual or entity who purchases or requests Services through the Platform.
"Order"
A service request submitted by a Customer through the Platform and accepted by a PRO.
"Platform"
The website, applications, systems, services, and infrastructure operated under the BoostBase.gg brand.
"Services"
Any gaming-related services offered through the Platform by a PRO, including but not limited to boosting, coaching, account services, currency delivery, or any other services made available on the Platform.
"Vault"
The internal wallet or balance system provided by BoostBase.gg for receiving, holding, and withdrawing earnings, subject to these Terms.
"PRO Agreement"
Any additional agreement, policy, guideline, operational rule, or instruction applicable to PROs in addition to these Terms.

To become a PRO on BoostBase.gg, you must successfully complete the following steps:
3.1
Create and verify a BoostBase.gg account.
3.2
Submit a PRO application, including any requested information, qualifications, gaming experience, or profile statistics relevant to the Services you intend to provide.
3.3
Successfully complete any interview, screening, verification, or evaluation process conducted by the BoostBase.gg team, which may take place through Discord or another communication channel designated by the Platform.
3.4
Accept these Terms of Service for PROs, the PRO Rules, and any other applicable policies published by BoostBase.gg.
3.5
Successfully complete a test Order or any assessment required by BoostBase.gg, if applicable.
3.6
Access to Orders and PRO features will be granted only after all applicable requirements have been completed and your application has been reviewed and formally approved by BoostBase.gg.

BoostBase.gg reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or revoke any PRO application at its sole discretion, with or without providing a reason, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4.1
Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, BoostBase.gg grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of accepting Orders, communicating with Customers, and providing Services through the Platform.
4.2
These Terms, together with any applicable PRO Rules, policies, and guidelines published by BoostBase.gg, constitute the entire agreement between you and BoostBase.gg regarding your use of the Platform as a PRO and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or communications relating to the same subject matter.
4.3
You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and only in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Platform for any unauthorized, unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity, or for any purpose other than providing Services through BoostBase.gg.
4.4
BoostBase.gg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, the PRO Rules, or applicable law, or if we reasonably believe such action is necessary to protect the Platform, its users, or its business.

5.1
Once your PRO account has been approved, you will gain access to available Orders through the Platform.
5.2
You may accept any available Order that is assigned to you or made available for acceptance through the Platform. An Order becomes binding only after it has been successfully accepted and confirmed by BoostBase.gg.
5.3
Upon Order confirmation, you will receive a notification and gain access to the Customer communication channel provided by the Platform.
5.4
Before accepting an Order, you are responsible for carefully reviewing all Order details, requirements, estimated completion time, and any special instructions. By accepting an Order, you represent and warrant that you possess the necessary skills, experience, availability, and resources to complete the Order in full, professionally, and within the agreed timeframe.
5.5
BoostBase.gg reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to assign, reassign, suspend, modify, or cancel any Order at any time, with or without prior notice, where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, the Customer, or the integrity of the Services.

6.1
You must provide all Services with the highest level of professionalism, skill, care, and diligence, in full compliance with the Customer's requirements, these Terms, the PRO Rules, and all applicable policies published by BoostBase.gg.
6.2
You are solely responsible for ensuring that every Order is completed accurately, professionally, and in accordance with the agreed requirements and estimated completion time.
6.3
If you become aware of any circumstance that may delay, prevent, or negatively affect the completion of an Order, you must immediately notify BoostBase.gg Support through the designated communication channel.
6.4
If an Order does not meet the required quality standards or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms, the PRO Rules, or the Customer's agreed requirements, BoostBase.gg may, at its sole discretion, require corrections, reassign the Order to another PRO, reduce or withhold payment, suspend your account, or cancel the Order entirely, where permitted by applicable law.

7.1
Upon completing an Order, you must submit clear and sufficient evidence of completion through the Platform before the applicable deadline. Accepted evidence may include screenshots, video recordings, or any other format approved by BoostBase.gg.
7.2
All submitted evidence must accurately demonstrate that the Order has been completed in full and in accordance with the Customer's requirements and the applicable Order instructions. Submitted evidence may be used to verify completion and resolve any dispute relating to the Order.
7.3
BoostBase.gg will review the submitted evidence within a reasonable period, typically within 48 hours. If the Order satisfies all applicable requirements and the submitted evidence is accepted, the Order status will be updated to "Check", after which it will enter the Warranty Period. Once the applicable Warranty Period has expired without any unresolved issues, the Order status will automatically change to "Completed", and the Customer will be notified accordingly.
7.4
If the submitted evidence is missing, incomplete, unclear, inaccurate, or otherwise insufficient, or if the Order fails to comply with the agreed requirements, BoostBase.gg may, at its sole discretion, require additional evidence or corrections, return the Order for completion, reassign the Order, withhold payment, or cancel the Order.
7.5
The burden of proving successful completion of an Order rests solely with the PRO. Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in delayed payment, non-payment, or any other action permitted under these Terms, regardless of whether the Services were actually performed.

8.1
Following the successful verification of an Order, the Order will enter the Warranty Period, during which the Customer may report issues, request corrections, or raise disputes relating to the Services provided.
8.2
Any request made during the Warranty Period must relate solely to the original scope, requirements, and specifications of the accepted Order. Requests for additional or different Services shall require a new Order.
8.3
Unless otherwise specified for a particular Service, the Warranty Period shall be four (4) calendar days for all PROs. BoostBase.gg reserves the right to modify this period for specific Services, promotional programs, or exceptional circumstances.
8.4
During the Warranty Period, the earnings associated with the relevant Order will remain in Pending status within your Vault and will not be available for withdrawal.
8.5
If the Warranty Period expires without any unresolved claim, dispute, or policy violation, the Order status will automatically change to "Completed", and the corresponding earnings will become available for withdrawal from the Vault.
8.6
If a claim, dispute, suspected policy violation, fraud concern, or quality issue is raised during the Warranty Period, BoostBase.gg may, at its sole discretion, extend the Warranty Period, request additional evidence or corrections, temporarily withhold earnings, reassign the Order, reduce or deny payment, or take any other action permitted under these Terms.

9.1
If you encounter any issue or dispute relating to an Order, you may request assistance from BoostBase.gg Support through the designated support channels. Both you and the Customer are expected to cooperate in good faith throughout the resolution process.
9.2
BoostBase.gg will review the available information, including Order details, communications, and submitted evidence, and may issue a final decision regarding the dispute. Where appropriate, BoostBase.gg may require corrections, reassign the Order, adjust or withhold payment, or take any other action permitted under these Terms.
9.3
You may refuse to accept or continue an Order only for legitimate and documented reasons, including but not limited to Customer unresponsiveness, technical issues, platform errors, or circumstances beyond your reasonable control. Unjustified refusal, repeated cancellations, or failure to fulfill accepted Orders may result in account restrictions, financial penalties, suspension, or termination of your PRO account.
9.4
Any additional Services requested by a Customer must be processed exclusively through BoostBase.gg. You must not encourage, solicit, or accept direct payments or conduct transactions with Customers outside the Platform, nor attempt to circumvent BoostBase.gg's payment or ordering systems. Violation of this provision may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your PRO account, forfeiture of unpaid earnings, and any other remedies available under these Terms or applicable law.
9.5
Decisions made by BoostBase.gg regarding Order disputes, payment adjustments, account actions, and enforcement of these Terms shall be final and binding, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

To protect the integrity of the Platform, its Customers, and the PRO community, you must not engage in any of the following activities:
10.1
Use, promote, or benefit from any cheats, bots, scripts, macros, exploits, hacks, automation tools, or any unauthorized third-party software while providing Services.
10.2
Submit false, altered, fabricated, misleading, or incomplete evidence of Order completion, or intentionally provide inaccurate information to BoostBase.gg or a Customer.
10.3
Engage in fraud, impersonation, identity theft, account abuse, money laundering, or any deceptive or unlawful activity.
10.4
Contact Customers outside the communication channels provided by BoostBase.gg, or attempt to solicit, advertise, or conduct business outside the Platform.
10.5
Assign, outsource, subcontract, share, transfer, or allow any third party to perform an Order or access your PRO account without the prior written authorization of BoostBase.gg.
10.6
Store, copy, disclose, misuse, sell, or otherwise exploit any Customer credentials, account information, personal data, or confidential information beyond what is strictly necessary to complete the Order.
10.7
Share, publish, stream, record, or otherwise disclose any Customer information, gameplay, screenshots, conversations, or Order details without the Customer's prior authorization or unless required by law.
10.8
Mention, advertise, or disclose BoostBase.gg, real-money transactions, boosting services, or any confidential Platform information within a game, to a game publisher, or to any third party, unless expressly authorized by BoostBase.gg.
10.9
Create, operate, or control multiple PRO accounts, or attempt to circumvent any suspension, restriction, verification process, or enforcement action imposed by BoostBase.gg.
10.10
Delete items, spend in-game currency, modify Customer settings, change account credentials, purchase items, or perform any action outside the scope of the accepted Order without the Customer's prior authorization.
10.11
Violate these Terms, the PRO Rules, applicable laws, or any other policies published by BoostBase.gg.

BoostBase.gg reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this Section and may suspend or terminate your PRO account, withhold earnings, cancel Orders, or take any other action permitted under these Terms or applicable law.

BoostBase.gg uses a progressive enforcement system to promote fairness while protecting the Platform, its Customers, and the PRO community. Depending on the severity and frequency of a violation, one or more of the following enforcement levels may apply:

Warning & Performance Review
- Written warning
- Performance review by the BoostBase.gg team
- Guidance or corrective actions may be required
Level 2
Restrictions
- Temporary hold on earnings
- Order acceptance restrictions
- Reduced Order priority or limited Platform access
Level 3
Suspension
- Temporary suspension of the PRO account
- Forfeiture or withholding of earnings related to affected Orders
- Additional review before reinstatement
Level 4
Permanent Termination
- Permanent termination of the PRO account
- Permanent loss of access to the Platform
- Forfeiture of unpaid earnings where permitted by applicable law
11.2
The enforcement action applied will depend on the nature, severity, frequency, intent, and impact of the violation, as determined by BoostBase.gg.
11.3
Certain violations, including but not limited to fraud, cheating, use of unauthorized software, account sharing, identity theft, falsified evidence, off-platform transactions, or any activity that seriously harms BoostBase.gg, its Customers, or its reputation, may result in immediate permanent termination without prior warning.
11.4
BoostBase.gg reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation and take any enforcement action it considers appropriate under these Terms.
11.5
You may contact BoostBase.gg Support to request a review of an enforcement decision. However, all enforcement decisions made by BoostBase.gg shall be final, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

12.1
All prices, fees, and earnings displayed on the Platform are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) unless expressly stated otherwise.
12.2
By placing a Bid, accepting an Order, or providing any Services through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and accepted the applicable pricing and estimated earnings associated with that Order.
12.3
BoostBase.gg reserves the right to modify pricing structures, Service categories, Platform fees, payout calculations, promotional rates, or other commercial terms at any time. Such changes will apply only to future Orders unless otherwise required by applicable law.
12.4
Once an Order has been assigned and accepted, the agreed payout for that Order will not be reduced solely due to subsequent changes to the Platform's pricing structure, except where adjustments are required because of refunds, disputes, Order modifications, policy violations, fraud, or other circumstances permitted under these Terms.

13.1
Earnings from a completed Order will become available for withdrawal from your Vault only after the applicable Warranty Period has expired and there are no unresolved claims, disputes, payment holds, policy violations, or other restrictions affecting the Order.
13.2
Withdrawals are processed through PayPal and any other payment methods supported by BoostBase.gg. Available withdrawal methods may be added, removed, or modified at any time at BoostBase.gg's sole discretion. You are solely responsible for providing and maintaining accurate, complete, and up-to-date payment information. BoostBase.gg shall not be liable for any delay, failed payment, or loss resulting from inaccurate or outdated payment details provided by you.
13.3
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within two (2) to seven (7) business days from the date a valid withdrawal request is submitted. Processing times may vary depending on the selected withdrawal method, security reviews, identity verification, compliance requirements, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of BoostBase.gg.
13.4
You are solely responsible for all transaction fees, currency conversion charges, taxes, withholding obligations, and any other costs imposed by payment providers, financial institutions, or government authorities in connection with your withdrawals.
13.5
If an Order is refunded, partially refunded, cancelled, disputed, reversed, found to violate these Terms, or otherwise adjusted, BoostBase.gg may withhold, reduce, offset, recover, or deduct the corresponding earnings from your Vault, including from future earnings where permitted by applicable law.
13.6
BoostBase.gg reserves the right to temporarily delay, suspend, or reject any withdrawal request where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, security concerns, policy violations, legal or regulatory obligations, or any activity that may compromise the integrity of the Platform.
13.7
BoostBase.gg does not store, process, or have access to your payment card or financial account credentials. All payment processing and payout services are provided by independent third-party payment providers subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
13.8
BoostBase.gg reserves the right to establish or modify minimum withdrawal amounts, supported withdrawal methods, payout schedules, verification requirements, withdrawal limits, and other payment-related policies at any time.

14.1
You may voluntarily terminate your PRO account at any time by contacting BoostBase.gg Support. Unless otherwise approved by BoostBase.gg, termination will become effective only after all active Orders have been completed, cancelled, or reassigned.
14.2
BoostBase.gg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your PRO account, with or without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, the PRO Rules, applicable law, or engage in any activity that, in BoostBase.gg's reasonable judgment, may harm the Platform, its Customers, its reputation, or its business operations.
14.3
Upon termination or suspension, your access to the Platform, including your PRO dashboard, Orders, and related features, may be immediately restricted or revoked. BoostBase.gg may cancel or reassign any active Orders without liability or obligation to provide compensation for incomplete Services.
14.4
Any earnings that have already become available in your Vault before termination will remain eligible for withdrawal, subject to any applicable payment holds, disputes, refunds, legal obligations, or compliance reviews. Pending earnings associated with incomplete, disputed, fraudulent, refunded, or policy-violating Orders may be withheld, reduced, forfeited, or recovered in accordance with these Terms.
14.5
Termination of your PRO account does not affect any rights, obligations, liabilities, or remedies that accrued before the effective date of termination. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive termination shall remain in full force and effect.

15.1
BoostBase.gg reserves the right to modify, amend, update, replace, or discontinue these Terms of Service for PROs at any time, at its sole discretion, to reflect changes in the Platform, Services, legal requirements, security practices, or business operations.
15.2
If any changes are considered material, BoostBase.gg will make reasonable efforts to notify affected PROs in advance through the Platform, email, or any other communication method associated with your account. Minor or non-material changes may become effective immediately upon publication.
15.3
The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
15.4
Your continued access to or use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and terminate your PRO account.
15.5
No amendment, waiver, or modification of these Terms by a PRO shall be valid unless expressly agreed to in writing by an authorized representative of BoostBase.gg.

If you have any questions, concerns, requests, or notices relating to these Terms of Service for PROs, your PRO account, or any matter concerning the Platform, you may contact BoostBase.gg using the following official communication channels:
16.2
BoostBase.gg will make reasonable efforts to respond to inquiries within a reasonable timeframe. Response times may vary depending on the nature of the request, support volume, weekends, public holidays, or other operational circumstances.
16.3
For security and verification purposes, BoostBase.gg may require you to provide additional information to verify your identity before discussing account-specific matters or taking action on your request.
16.4
Official communications from BoostBase.gg may be delivered through email, the Platform, Discord, or other contact information associated with your account. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information remains accurate and up to date.
16.5
Support communications do not modify, waive, or override these Terms unless expressly confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of BoostBase.gg.
