Refund eligibility may be reduced or limited once service has started and measurable progress has been recorded. A service is officially defined as "started" the moment a PRO Player has been assigned, scheduling preparations have begun, or account access credentials have been utilized.

Service start is determined based on system logs, timestamps, and platform activity records. Time-stamped logs and backend records shall be the primary evidence in any dispute resolution process. System logs and progress records will serve as primary evidence in any chargeback or payment investigation.

Partial Refunds

If a service has been partially completed and a refund is requested for the remaining unfulfilled portion, the customer may be eligible for a partial refund for the unfulfilled portion of the service. Partial refunds are calculated based on objective evaluation of completed work, time invested, and service records.

The value of the completed portion, plus a reasonable processing and cancellation fee of up to 15% where permitted by applicable law, will be deducted from the total refund amount. Refund determinations will be based primarily on system records, service logs, and order history documentation.

All services on BoostBase.gg are digital, intangible services. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that digital services are considered consumed once execution begins and cannot be reversed after service start.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that services are digital and non-reversible once execution begins. Inability to Complete

Delays & Force Majeure

Estimated completion times are non-binding approximations. Delays alone do not constitute grounds for a refund if the service remains in progress and reasonable efforts are being made to complete delivery.

BoostBase.gg is not liable for delays caused by publisher game updates, server maintenance, patch disruptions, anti-cheat investigations, internet outages, or any force majeure event beyond our reasonable control.

Wallet Credits issued as refunds or cashback carry no expiry and are available immediately upon issuance.
