You may not share your account, use another user's account, or create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions, restrictions, or other enforcement actions. This section applies only to accounts registered on the Platform. All activity performed through your account is your responsibility.
BoostBase.gg acts solely as a marketplace and facilitator between Buyers and independent PRO Players. We do not directly perform gaming services ourselves unless explicitly stated. All gaming services are performed by independent contractors who are not employees of BoostBase.gg.
Our Platform connects Buyers with vetted PRO Players for digital gaming assistance services including coaching, carry services, leveling assistance, and related in-game support. All service descriptions, prices, and delivery estimates are displayed at the time of order.

The Platform operates as an independent digital marketplace facilitating connections between users and service providers. The Platform does not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, or in-game results.
You agree not to: (a) provide false or misleading information; (b) attempt to defraud or harm other users; (c) abuse the chargeback or dispute process; (d) use automated tools or bots on the Platform; (e) share or transfer your account; (f) harass or abuse other users or staff; (g) attempt to bypass any Platform security measure; or (h) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
All payments are securely processed via our third-party payment providers (PayPal). We do not store full payment card details. Prices are displayed in USD. Confirmed orders will honor the price at time of purchase.
By placing an order, you authorize BoostBase.gg and its payment providers to process payments related to your purchase. You represent that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used.
You explicitly acknowledge that all purchases on the Platform are for digital, intangible services and virtual goods. Due to the immediate deployment of independent contractors and gaming service starts, you agree that once a service is initialized, the transaction is final and non-reversible via third-party financial institutions.
BoostBase.gg offers an optional Wallet Credit system. Wallet Credits are non-transferable store credits issued through refunds or promotional activities. They hold no monetary value outside the Platform and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of this agreement. Completed services are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Buyers must contact support before initiating any payment dispute with their bank.
PRO Players are independent contractors, not employees of BoostBase.gg. While we review and vet PRO Players before onboarding, BoostBase.gg does not guarantee the actions, conduct, availability, or performance of any individual PRO Player. We are not responsible for delays, issues, or failures caused by the actions or inactions of PRO Players beyond what is described in the service listing.
PRO Players operate independently and are not agents, legal representatives, or officers of BoostBase.gg. PRO Players are independent contractors. The Platform provides coordination and limited oversight for quality and safety purposes only, and does not assume liability for their individual actions beyond this scope.
All Platform content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of BoostBase.gg or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoostBase.gg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in dispute.
The Platform is not responsible for any losses including account bans, suspensions, restrictions, or penalties imposed by third-party game publishers, whether or not related to services provided on this Platform. All risks associated with third-party actions, including publisher enforcement, are expressly assumed by the user.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account for legitimate business, security, fraud prevention, or policy enforcement reasons, with or without notice.

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any third-party game terms of service, and for ensuring your account credentials are accurate.
Users may not attempt to bypass the Platform by arranging payments, services, or transactions outside BoostBase.gg. Any attempt to conduct off-platform transactions may result in account suspension and loss of eligibility for certain Platform protections, including refund rights available under our policies.
We do not guarantee the availability of any specific service, game, PRO Player, completion time, rank result, or delivery schedule. Service availability is subject to change without notice.
Any warranty, if offered, shall be explicitly stated on the service page. Unless otherwise stated, no ongoing rank or progression guarantee is provided after order completion. BoostBase.gg is not responsible for rank changes, account penalties, or progress loss that occur after a service has been marked as completed.
The Platform may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any inconvenience, losses, or damages resulting from Platform unavailability.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BoostBase.gg with respect to your use of the Platform, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

A service is considered started once a PRO Player is assigned to the order or any action related to service execution begins, including account access, scheduling, or preparation.
This definition is material to chargeback, refund, and dispute resolution processes. Once a service has started, refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.
Digital services are considered consumed once execution begins and cannot be reversed after service start.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or decline any order or service at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. If no work has commenced, a full refund will be issued. If work has already begun, any refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to: scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform; resell or commercially exploit Platform content; or use the Platform for any purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms.
Any automated scraping, data extraction, bot usage, or unauthorized programmatic access to the Platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
