Description
The Blue Keycard is a game object required in order to access quite a lot of monument puzzles. It cannot be crafted either. There are two ways it enters the game: completing a green puzzle at Harbors, Satellite Dish or Sewer Branch, or gutting a high tier fish — Catfish, Orange Roughy, Salmon and Small Shark each give one about a fifth of the time. It is the middle card, and Airfield, Arctic Research Base, Military Tunnels, Missile Silo, Oil Rig, Power Plant, Trainyard, Water Treatment and the Underwater Labs all gate part of their puzzle behind it. Large Oil Rig does not need it for the Locked Crate, but a blue card there opens four military crates. It stacks to one and despawns forty minutes after it drops.

The blue doors on Airfield, Arctic Research Base, Military Tunnels, Missile Silo, Oil Rig, Power Plant, Trainyard, Water Treatment and the Underwater Labs. On the tier 2 monuments it is the last door before the room that holds a Red Keycard.
Because the green puzzle is the long part. You farm a green card, carry a fuse, cross the map to Harbors or Sewer Branch and clear the scientists on the way — and that is one blue card. Buying it skips the whole leg.
Yes. Gutting a Catfish, Orange Roughy, Salmon or Small Shark gives a blue card roughly one time in five, which is why some players fish for them instead of running the puzzle at all.
The Locked Crate there does not need a card. A blue card opens four military crates on top of it, so it is worth carrying one on the trip rather than a red.
Yes, for the puzzle rooms. Order an Electric Fuse alongside the card so the fuse box is not what stops the run.
