These are the core raw materials you need to build, craft, smelt and progress through a wipe. Metal Ore smelts into Metal Fragments, Sulfur Ore is processed for explosives, Stone is what the base is built and upgraded with, and High Quality Metal Ore is the gate on your best guns and armour. The 50 High Quality Metal Ore smelts one for one into 50 High Quality Metal, which is exactly what an Assault Rifle costs to craft.
Your PRO farms every ore by hand on your own server during your current wipe and delivers the full haul to you in game.
