A PRO buys it and flies it to your base, then hands it over in person — a vehicle cannot be passed from an inventory the way an item can.
Yes, we deliver it fuelled and ready to fly. Add Low Grade Fuel to the order for a bigger reserve.
A PRO flies a safe route, but Rust is Rust. If it is lost in transit before hand-off, we redeliver — you only get it once it is in your hands.
