The Python is craftable, making it easier to replace after a death. The M92 has a larger magazine and faster follow-up shots, but it cannot be crafted and must be obtained through loot.
The Python uses Pistol Bullets. Ammo is sold separately, so add the amount you need to the same order.
No. The Python does not support a Silencer in Rust — it accepts sights, scopes, a lasersight and a flashlight only. The order includes the revolver on its own.
