Tips

Tip your PRO

The order is paid. This is the part nobody owes anybody

Somebody sat down and played your order. Not a queue and not a bot — one person, for however many hours it took, answering you while they did it

A tip is a simple way to say thank you when your PRO went past what the order asked for. Finished ahead of schedule. Kept you updated before you had to ask. Or sorted something that was never on the list

It is never expected and it is never part of the price. Nothing about your order changes if you skip it. It is simply a way to show appreciation for the person who did the work

What a tip is not

It is not a fee, it is not a deposit, and it is never part of the order price. Tips are optional, and your PRO should never make you feel that you have to leave one

Before or during the service, PROs may not ask for, discuss, or agree on a tip. After the order is complete, they may briefly let you know that a tip is welcome, but they must never pressure you, name a figure, or make it feel expected

If a PRO pressures you for a tip, or asks you to pay anywhere outside BoostBase, tell Support and we will deal with it — that is on us, not on you

How much

There is no fixed amount and no number that is the right one. Give what feels right to you. The message is the tip, the figure is just the shape it arrives in

When

Any time after the order is complete, on BoostBase itself. You can leave one from this page or straight from the order in your dashboard

Where it goes

To the PRO who completed your order, through the official tipping system
