Customer Terms

Welcome to BoostBase.gg. These Customer Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the BoostBase.gg platform (the "Platform"), including all services, features, and content made available through it (collectively, the "Services").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Customer" or "you") and BoostBase.gg ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform or any of its Services.

These Terms should be read together with the following policies, each of which is incorporated herein by reference:

• Privacy Policy — how we collect, use, and protect your personal data
• Refund Policy — eligibility, conditions, and process for refunds
• Cookie Policy — how we use cookies and similar technologies
• General Terms of Service — platform-wide rules and agreements

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other policy, these Terms shall prevail with respect to the customer relationship, except where otherwise expressly stated.

To use the Platform and purchase any Service, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You are not prohibited from receiving services under the laws of your country of residence or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• You are registering and using the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Any information you provide to BoostBase.gg is truthful, accurate, and complete.

By creating an account or placing an order, you represent and warrant that all of the above eligibility requirements are satisfied. BoostBase.gg reserves the right to refuse access to, or terminate the account of, any person who does not meet these requirements or who provides false information during registration.

To access the Platform's full features and place orders, you must create a customer account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, and to update that information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your email address and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party, other than as required for service delivery purposes in accordance with Section 10.
• Notify BoostBase.gg immediately at boostbase.gg@gmail.com if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Each customer is permitted to maintain one active account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, obtain promotional benefits, or abuse Platform policies is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.

BoostBase.gg reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to request supporting documentation where reasonably necessary to ensure compliance with these Terms.

By placing an order on the Platform, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected Service at the stated price and under the conditions set out in these Terms. A binding contract is formed between you and BoostBase.gg upon our confirmation of your order.

When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including but not limited to:

• The correct game, region, and platform associated with the Service.
• Your current rank, rating, or progress where applicable.
• Any specific requirements or preferences for the Service.
• Account credentials required for account-access services, submitted through the Platform's secure order form.

BoostBase.gg shall not be liable for any failure to deliver the Service as expected where such failure results from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided at the time of order.

BoostBase.gg reserves the right to decline, cancel, or modify any order at its sole discretion, including where the order is suspected to involve fraudulent activity, violates these Terms, or cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where an order is cancelled by BoostBase.gg prior to commencement of the Service, a full refund will be issued.

All prices displayed on the Platform are stated in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice; however, the price applicable to your order is fixed at the time of order confirmation.

BoostBase.gg currently accepts the following payment methods:

• PayPal — processed securely through PayPal's platform.
• Wallet Credits — credits held in your BoostBase.gg account balance, which may be applied toward eligible orders.

All payments must be completed in full at the time of order placement. BoostBase.gg does not offer payment plans, deferred billing, or credit arrangements, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Prices displayed on the Platform are exclusive of any applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by your local tax authority. You are solely responsible for determining and remitting any taxes applicable to your purchase under the laws of your jurisdiction. BoostBase.gg does not collect or remit taxes on your behalf, except where required to do so by applicable law.

Your BoostBase.gg Wallet is an in-platform credit balance stored on your account. It is not a bank account, payment card, or any form of regulated financial product.

• How you receive credits: Approved refunds are credited to your Wallet instantly. BoostBase.gg support may also issue goodwill credits or promotional top-ups at their discretion.
• How to use: Apply up to 100% of any order total using your Wallet balance — full or partial. Remaining balance stays in your account indefinitely.
• Non-transferable: Wallet Credits cannot be sent to another account under any circumstances.
• Non-withdrawable: Credits cannot be converted to cash, PayPal, bank transfer, or any real-world currency.
• No expiry: Wallet Credits never expire. They remain available until used or until account termination.
• Account termination: Credits are forfeited upon permanent termination of your account due to policy violations.

BoostBase.gg offers a Rewards & Loyalty Program that allows eligible customers to earn Reward Credits on qualifying orders. Reward Credits can be redeemed toward future orders on the Platform, subject to the conditions set out in this Section and on the Rewards Program page.

Your cashback rate is determined by your total cumulative spending on qualifying completed orders. Each tier unlocks a higher cashback rate automatically applied to all future eligible orders:

• Auto-credited: Cashback is automatically added to your Wallet when your order is marked as Completed — no action required.
• 25% usage limit: Cashback may cover a maximum of 25% of any single order's total. You cannot apply more than 25% cashback per order regardless of your available balance.
• Stacks with promo codes: Promotional discount codes and cashback can be applied to the same order simultaneously. Both apply together — they do not cancel each other out.
• Cashback reversal: If an order for which cashback was credited is subsequently fully refunded, the cashback amount will be reversed from your Wallet. Partial refunds may result in proportional adjustments.
• Non-withdrawable: Cashback credits cannot be converted to cash, PayPal, or any real-world currency.
• Non-transferable: Cashback is account-bound and cannot be shared or transferred to another user.
• No expiry: Earned cashback never expires as long as your account remains in good standing.

You may earn Reward Credits by referring new customers to the Platform. When a referred customer creates an account and places their first qualifying order, both you and the referred customer may receive Reward Credits in accordance with the referral terms published on the Rewards Program page.

• BoostBase.gg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Cashback & Rewards Program at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
• Tier thresholds, cashback rates, and usage limits are subject to change. Any changes will not retroactively affect previously earned cashback.

Upon confirmed payment and receipt of any required account details, BoostBase.gg will assign your order to a qualified PRO player (a "PRO"). PROs are independent contractors selected by BoostBase.gg based on skill, availability, and game-specific expertise.

BoostBase.gg will make commercially reasonable efforts to assign your order and commence the Service as promptly as practicable following payment confirmation. Estimated delivery timeframes, where provided, are indicative only and do not constitute a guarantee of completion by a specific date or time.

• Where account-access services are purchased, your assigned PRO may log into your game account using the credentials you provide. BoostBase.gg recommends enabling any available offline mode or appearing status settings on your account during this period.
• PROs may use a VPN or similar technology during service delivery to protect both your account and their own connection.
• You agree not to log into or access your game account while a Service is actively being performed, as doing so may disrupt or invalidate the Service.
• BoostBase.gg will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep you informed of meaningful progress updates through the Platform's order tracking and communication features.

A Service is considered complete when the agreed objective has been achieved and confirmed, or when both parties acknowledge completion through the Platform. Upon completion, any credentials shared for the purpose of service delivery should be changed at your earliest convenience.

If a PRO is unable to complete an order due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, BoostBase.gg will assign a replacement PRO or offer an appropriate resolution in accordance with the Refund Policy.

BoostBase.gg is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and safe environment for all customers, PROs, and staff. By using the Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these standards at all times.

You agree to:

• Communicate respectfully and professionally with PROs, support staff, and any other Platform users at all times.
• Provide accurate, complete, and honest information when placing orders, contacting support, or interacting with the Platform.
• Cooperate reasonably with PROs and support staff to facilitate the smooth delivery of your Service.
• Refrain from placing unreasonable demands, making false claims, or engaging in any conduct that could harm the experience of other Platform users.
• Use the Platform solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable policies.

BoostBase.gg maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, threats, discriminatory language, abusive behavior, or any form of conduct that is offensive, unlawful, or harmful — whether directed at PROs, support staff, or other users. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without notice, at BoostBase.gg's sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of Wallet Credits and Rewards, and pursuit of any available legal remedies.

• Providing false or misleading information to obtain a Service, refund, promotional benefit, or any other advantage.
• Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks after receiving or substantially benefiting from a Service.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers, referral programs, or Platform features.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent the Rewards & Loyalty Program or any other Platform feature.

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or infrastructure.
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar technologies to interact with the Platform without prior written consent from BoostBase.gg.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, another user's account, or BoostBase.gg's systems or data.
• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any malware, viruses, or other harmful code through the Platform.

• Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercializing any Service purchased through the Platform without prior written authorization from BoostBase.gg.
• Directly soliciting, hiring, or contracting any PRO outside the Platform to circumvent Platform fees or these Terms.
• Using the Platform to engage in any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful under applicable law.

Certain Services offered through the Platform require you to provide your game account credentials to a PRO so that they may log in and perform the Service on your behalf. This Section governs the terms and conditions under which such credential sharing takes place.

By providing your account credentials as part of an order, you confirm that:

• You are the legitimate owner of the game account and have full authority to grant access to a third party.
• You are voluntarily sharing your credentials and understand the associated risks, including potential publisher action as described in Section 14.
• You accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from your decision to share access to your account.

• Credentials submitted through the Platform are transmitted securely and shared solely with the assigned PRO for the purpose of delivering your Service.
• PROs are required to use VPN or similar privacy technologies during service delivery to protect your account's integrity.
• BoostBase.gg does not permanently store your game account credentials beyond what is operationally necessary for service delivery.

Upon completion of any account-access service, you are strongly advised to change your game account password immediately. BoostBase.gg shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to your game account following the completion of the Service, particularly where you have failed to update your credentials in a timely manner.

BoostBase.gg provides customer support through the following official channels. Communications received through these channels will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Platform Support: Via the support widget or contact form available on the Platform.

• Discord: discord.gg/ZyvynXBcWg
• Order Chat: For communication with your assigned PRO during active orders, use the in-platform order chat feature.

All official communications from BoostBase.gg will be sent through the Platform or to the email address registered on your account. You are responsible for ensuring that your registered email address is accurate and active, and that Platform notifications are not filtered as spam.

BoostBase.gg will never request your payment details, passwords, or other sensitive personal information via chat or email. Any communication claiming otherwise should be treated as suspicious and reported to our support team immediately.

We aim to respond to all support inquiries within 2 business days. Response times may vary depending on the volume and complexity of requests. Contacting our support team does not automatically suspend any deadlines, refund periods, or other obligations set out in these Terms or the Refund Policy, unless expressly confirmed by BoostBase.gg.

Refund eligibility, calculation methods, processing times, and applicable conditions are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between this Section and the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy shall prevail.

• Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified in our Refund Policy.
• Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the Service, the stage of completion at the time of the request, and compliance with these Terms and the Refund Policy.
• Where a Service has been prepared for or begun execution, only a partial refund may be available, calculated in proportion to the portion of the Service not yet delivered, as set out in the Refund Policy.
• Services that have been fully delivered are generally non-refundable, except where a verifiable failure to meet the agreed service specification can be demonstrated.

If you are dissatisfied with a Service or believe a refund is warranted, you must contact BoostBase.gg support at boostbase.gg@gmail.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider. You agree to provide BoostBase.gg with a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve your concern.

You have the right to submit relevant evidence in support of your dispute, including screenshots, communication logs, order records, and any other documentation that substantiates your claim. BoostBase.gg will consider all evidence submitted in good faith when evaluating your dispute.

Initiating a fraudulent or bad-faith dispute, or seeking a refund for a Service from which you have been substantially benefiting, without first attempting resolution through our support team, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and other remedies as set out in these Terms.

By purchasing any Service through the Platform, you acknowledge that the Services provided by BoostBase.gg are digital and intangible in nature, and that preparation or performance of the Service may begin immediately after your order is confirmed.

Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card issuer, PayPal, or any other payment provider, you agree to:

• Contact BoostBase.gg through our official support channels and allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve your concern.
• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information regarding the issue.
• Refrain from initiating a chargeback for any Service that has been fully or substantially performed, except where required by applicable law.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, BoostBase.gg reserves the right to submit any relevant evidence available to support the transaction, including but not limited to:

• Order details and payment confirmation records.
• Service progress, assignment, and completion records.
• Account activity, login history, timestamps, and system logs.
• Communications between you, our support team, and the assigned PRO.
• Records demonstrating your acceptance of these Terms, the Refund Policy, and other applicable Platform policies.
• Any other information reasonably necessary to demonstrate the validity of the transaction or the delivery of the Service.

Initiating a chargeback fraudulently, in bad faith, or without first making a genuine effort to resolve the matter through our support process, after receiving or substantially benefiting from the Service, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

BoostBase.gg reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, revoke any Wallet Credits, Rewards, promotional benefits, or loyalty status associated with your account, refuse future Services, and pursue any other rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Certain Services offered through BoostBase.gg may be restricted or prohibited under the terms, policies, or rules of game publishers, platform providers, or other third parties. By purchasing or using any Service through the Platform, you acknowledge that you understand and voluntarily accept all risks associated with the use of such Services.

BoostBase.gg does not represent or warrant that any Service complies with the terms, policies, or rules of any game publisher, platform provider, or third party. Depending on the applicable publisher's policies, the use of our Services may result in actions including, but not limited to:

• Temporary or permanent suspension of your game account.
• Removal or adjustment of ranks, ratings, achievements, rewards, progress, or in-game items.
• Restrictions on gameplay, matchmaking, competitive features, or other account functionality.
• Warnings, investigations, or any other enforcement action taken at the sole discretion of the game publisher or platform provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BoostBase.gg shall not be liable for any suspension, restriction, penalty, loss of progress, loss of in-game items, account termination, or any other action taken by a game publisher or platform provider in connection with your use of the Services.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly provided in our Refund Policy, such publisher actions do not entitle you to a refund, compensation, replacement Service, or any other remedy from BoostBase.gg.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have independently reviewed, or have chosen not to review, the applicable terms and policies of the relevant game publisher or platform provider. You understand that you assume all risks associated with your decision to use the Services, and you accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from that decision.

BoostBase.gg will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Platform, process orders, and perform the Services with reasonable skill, care, and diligence.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law, BoostBase.gg does not warrant or guarantee that:

• Any particular rank, rating, achievement, reward, or other in-game result will be obtained.
• Any Service will be completed within a specific timeframe.
• The Platform or any Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from delays.
• Any Service will be unaffected by game updates, publisher actions, server conditions, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BoostBase.gg expressly disclaims all implied warranties, representations, and conditions, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, or any warranties arising from a course of dealing, course of performance, or usage of trade.

Gaming results depend on numerous factors outside the control of BoostBase.gg, including game mechanics, matchmaking systems, player performance, server availability, publisher updates, balance changes, and enforcement actions.

Accordingly, BoostBase.gg does not guarantee any specific outcome except where an express guarantee is clearly stated in the description of the applicable Service.

Nothing in this Section excludes or limits any warranty or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of BoostBase.gg arising out of or relating to any claim shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to that claim.

Without limiting the foregoing, BoostBase.gg shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or relating to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data, digital assets, game progress, rankings, achievements, rewards, or virtual items.
• Suspension, restriction, or termination of any game or platform account by a publisher or platform provider.
• Damage to reputation, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Delays, interruptions, or failures caused by third-party services, payment providers, internet service providers, game publishers, force majeure events, cyberattacks, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The limitations and exclusions of liability contained in this Section shall survive the termination of your account, your use of the Platform, and these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

All content, software, technology, designs, layouts, databases, graphics, text, images, icons, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, source code, object code, and all other materials made available through the Platform (collectively, the "Platform Content") are owned by or licensed to BoostBase.gg and are protected by applicable intellectual property and proprietary rights laws.

Nothing contained on the Platform grants you any ownership rights or license to use any Platform Content except as expressly permitted under these Terms.

Unless expressly authorized in writing by BoostBase.gg, you must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, sell, license, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform Content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software or technology used on the Platform, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices displayed on the Platform.
• Use any BoostBase.gg name, logo, trademark, branding, or other proprietary identifier in a manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without our prior written consent.

All game titles, publisher names, logos, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, characters, artwork, and other third-party intellectual property displayed on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners.

Their appearance on the Platform is for identification and informational purposes only and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, or partnership with BoostBase.gg.

If you submit, upload, or otherwise provide any content to the Platform, including feedback, reviews, support communications, or chat messages, you retain ownership of your content.

By submitting such content, you grant BoostBase.gg a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, store, display, modify (solely for formatting or technical purposes), process, and otherwise use such content solely as necessary to operate, secure, improve, promote, and provide the Platform and its Services.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit such content and that your submission does not infringe the rights of any third party.

BoostBase.gg shall not be liable for any failure, interruption, or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure, interruption, or delay results from events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control (each, a "Force Majeure Event").

Force Majeure Events include, but are not limited to:

• Natural disasters, acts of God, floods, fires, earthquakes, or severe weather events.
• War, armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, governmental actions, or sanctions.
• Pandemics, epidemics, public health emergencies, or quarantine measures.
• Internet outages, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or failures of hosting or cloud infrastructure.
• Actions or inactions of game publishers or platform providers, including game updates, server outages, maintenance, policy changes, anti-cheat measures, or account enforcement actions.
• Strikes, labor disputes, shortages of labor or materials, or failures of third-party suppliers or service providers.
• Any other event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of BoostBase.gg.

During the existence of a Force Majeure Event, the affected obligations of BoostBase.gg shall be suspended for the duration of the event. BoostBase.gg will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize the impact of the Force Majeure Event and to resume the affected Services as soon as reasonably practicable.

Where reasonably possible, BoostBase.gg will notify affected Customers of material delays and, where available, provide an updated estimated delivery timeframe or an alternative solution.

If a Force Majeure Event continues for such a period that the affected Service cannot reasonably be completed, BoostBase.gg may cancel the affected order. Any refund or account credit, where applicable, shall be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy.

BoostBase.gg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account, your access to the Platform, or any active order, with or without prior notice, where reasonably necessary, including if you:

• Breach these Terms or any other applicable Platform policy.
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or dishonest conduct.
• Initiate a fraudulent or bad-faith chargeback or payment dispute.
• Misuse, interfere with, or attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or operation of the Platform.
• Engage in any activity that may harm BoostBase.gg, its Customers, PROs, employees, systems, or reputation.

For serious, repeated, or intentional violations, BoostBase.gg may immediately terminate your account without prior notice.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at boostbase.gg@gmail.com.

Closing your account does not automatically cancel any active order or entitle you to a refund. Any refund eligibility shall be determined solely in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy.

Upon termination of your account:

• Your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease.
• Any active orders may be cancelled or completed at BoostBase.gg's sole discretion, subject to these Terms and the Refund Policy.
• Any unused Wallet Credits, Rewards, promotional benefits, or loyalty status may be revoked or forfeited where permitted under these Terms.
• Any outstanding payment obligations or other liabilities owed by either party shall remain enforceable.

Termination of your account or these Terms shall not affect any rights, obligations, or provisions that, by their nature, are intended to survive termination, including but not limited to provisions relating to payments, intellectual property, warranties, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law, and any accrued rights or liabilities.

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of the agreement between you and BoostBase.gg.

By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal information you provide to BoostBase.gg is accurate, complete, and up to date.

BoostBase.gg processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. For detailed information regarding the categories of personal data we collect, the purposes for which it is processed, your privacy rights, our data retention practices, and how to exercise your rights, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal data, the Privacy Policy shall prevail to the extent of that conflict.

BoostBase.gg reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion.

Any changes will become effective upon publication of the revised Terms on the Platform, unless a later effective date is expressly stated. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will be revised accordingly.

Where changes materially affect your rights or obligations, BoostBase.gg will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance, including by email, through your account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the revised Terms will apply only from their effective date and will not affect rights or obligations that arose before the changes became effective.
