The Blue Keycard is the second step in Rust's monument puzzle chain. It unlocks blue-card puzzle rooms across several high-value monuments and is required to progress toward Red Keycards. Blue Keycards cannot be crafted — they are obtained through green-card puzzles or certain fishing loot.

Buying one skips the time spent finding a Green Keycard, running the puzzle and travelling to the monument. Your PRO handles the farming and delivers the card directly on your server.
Yes. Certain high-tier fish can provide a Blue Keycard when gutted, giving you another way to obtain one without running a Green Keycard puzzle.
The Locked Crate does not require a Blue Keycard, but a Blue Keycard can be used for additional military crates at the monument.
Yes, where the puzzle requires one. If you do not already have a fuse, you can order an Electric Fuse alongside your Blue Keycard and have both delivered together.
