It opens green-card puzzle rooms at several monuments, including Airfield, Harbor, Launch Site, Military Tunnels, Power Plant, Satellite Dish and Sewer Branch. Some puzzles reward a Blue Keycard, allowing you to progress further through the keycard chain.
No. There is no recipe. Every green card in the game comes from loot, scientists or a monument puzzle, which is why players buy them rather than farm them.
Yes. Most green-card puzzles require an Electric Fuse, and some monuments also require radiation protection. If you do not have a fuse, you can order one alongside your Green Keycard.
Usually one card is enough for a single puzzle run. Order more if you plan to run multiple monuments or want spare cards for additional runs.
