Nine pieces are in it: Metal Facemask, Metal Chest Plate, Coffee Can Helmet, Road Sign Jacket, Road Sign Kilt, Road Sign Gloves, Tactical Gloves, Boots and Hazmat Suit. One order is one piece, so most people buy a few and build the set out of what comes back. A PRO crafts or loots each piece on your own wipe.

Never. Roadsign is the floor, so everything in it is armour you would actually wear into a fight.
Metal soaks more damage but costs you movement speed. Roadsign is lighter and cheaper to replace. Most players raid in roadsign and defend in metal.
