A random tier 2 or tier 3 weapon. You do not choose which one, and that is exactly why it costs less than buying the gun outright. What you do get is a floor and a ceiling. Nothing below tier 2 is in it, so the weakest thing you can end up with is a Thompson or a Pump Shotgun, and the strongest is an AK or an M249. Twelve guns are in it: Thompson, Custom SMG, Semi-Automatic Rifle (SAR), Pump Shotgun, Python Revolver, M92 Pistol, MP5A4, LR-300 Assault Rifle, Spas-12 Combat Shotgun, Bolt Action Rifle, Assault Rifle (AK) and M249. A PRO crafts or loots it on your wipe and hands it to you in game.

No. Tier 2 is the floor and tier 3 is the ceiling, so every gun in it is one you would actually carry out of the base.
Not here. Taking what comes is the reason this is cheaper. Buy from the Weapons section if you want to choose the exact gun.
