Everything belongs to you. Your PRO hands it all over to you in-game or stores it safely in your base. We never keep anything we farm, build or loot during your order.

Yes. If you do not want to use all of your purchased time in one session, Support can split your hours across multiple sessions whenever scheduling allows.

Yes. If your previous Rust PRO is available, Support can assign the same PRO to future bookings so you can continue working together.

Yes. If your order requires more than one player, we can assign a full team of Rust PROs. Whether you're building a large base, clearing monuments, defending your base or tackling a bigger project, we'll match the squad to the job.

If your session is interrupted due to a forced server wipe, server issues or other unexpected circumstances, we'll make every effort to keep your order on track. This may include assigning another Rust PRO to finish the remaining hours, rescheduling the unfinished time, or resolving the unused portion in accordance with our Refund Policy.
