Description
The Tier 2 Workbench unlocks mid-game crafting, including more advanced weapons, armour and building items. It requires a Tier 1 Workbench and takes up the same footprint. A PRO farms the Metal Fragments and High Quality Metal on your server and loots the crates for the five Basic Blueprint Fragments the recipe needs, then builds the bench at the spot you agree.

They are part of the Tier 2 recipe — five per bench. They cannot be crafted, only obtained through gameplay, which is the slow part of this tier. Your PRO handles that farming for you.
Yes. A Tier 1 Workbench is required to craft the Tier 2 Workbench. Add a Tier 1 to the same order if you do not already have one.
Yes. If you prefer, your PRO delivers the 500 Metal Fragments, 20 High Quality Metal and 5 Basic Blueprint Fragments and you place the bench yourself. Tell support when you order.
Yes. Your PRO places the Workbench at the location you agree, as long as they have building privilege there. That authorisation comes off again once the bench is down.
