Tier 3 requires significantly more resources, including 100 High Quality Metal and 5 Advanced Blueprint Fragments. The fragments require locked-crate runs, making this a far longer farm than the lower tiers.

It unlocks the top tier of crafting in Rust — advanced weapons, armour, explosives and high-end defences, including the Assault Rifle, the Metal Facemask and Chest Plate, Rockets and C4.

Yes. Your PRO builds and places the Tier 3 Workbench at the location you agree, as long as they have building privilege there. If you would rather place it yourself, the materials are handed over instead.

Yes. A Tier 2 Workbench is required to craft the Tier 3 Workbench. Add the lower tiers to the same order and your PRO builds all of them in one run.
